All payments made towards publication services are non-refundable as these are customized academic services.

Non-Refundable Cases

• After manuscript processing or editing starts
• After DOI or ISBN allocation
• After acceptance or publication
• Author withdrawal after submission
• Membership fees are non-refundable

Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error in payment
• Service not initiated within committed time

Refund Process

Refund requests must be made within 7 days with payment proof. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Return Policy (Books)

• Books received in damaged condition
• Incorrect book delivered

Return request within 3 days with proof.
